Hey it’s the Startup Coach here and today I wanted to follow up on my last video about
The short answer always sell first! Today Let’s talk about mindset and selling first. Many entrepreneurs fell they need to have a solid product before they get customers; Quietly building a product they think that someone somewhere wants and after months of work and thousands spent they release it to the world and no one wants or buys and eventually fail.
DON’T DO THAT!
If people are donating to kickstarter campaigns why would they have a problem prepaying for your product or app?
You are free to ‘sell’ any features and make any pivot until you reach product / market fit
When you are getting your first customers remember Never sell the product, instead ask for feedback about your idea. What feature / benefit would they need to make it a must have product or service?
Don’t write a single line of code or build an MVP before you sell your product to 10 people
This is how you get sure about your product market fit.
