About Launch Lab — Landing-Pad Accelerator
Landing-Pad is a 2024–2028 initiative delivered through Launch Lab and Spark Centre. It combines dedicated advisors, a company action plan, leadership coaching, workshops and regional networks. Published requirements include a female-led business or newcomer to Canada with permanent residency under five years, a connection or planned relocation to eastern Ontario, and registration as a Launch Lab or Spark Centre client. Business applicants need demonstrated traction and fewer than 500 employees. The page lists a $2,500 entry fee and a commitment to contribute 20 hours of future founder mentorship.
