First Fish Non-Profit Corporation is a social enterprise. We invest in building sustainable fisheries in remote communities to bring you wild caught seafood from the pristine waters of the Canadian Arctic with all product sales directly supporting the Inuit fishermen. Currently, the Inuit Fishermen of Qikiqtarjuaq are sharing their winter harvest of wild caught Arctic Char from the lakes located in the mountains of Baffin Island in Nunavut. The fishermen travel hundreds of kilometers each trip to harvest the char, through up to eight feet of ice, using their traditional knowledge and legendary skills. We have several different products including Arctic Char Fillets, Steaks, Hot Smoked, Cold Smoked, and Whole Fish.
