habit8 is a cloud-based application for property and condominium managers. We pull-out the Rules & Regulations and Bylaws that govern the use of the property, and makes these accessible to tenants via an SMS chat-based interface (DOG) that fetches the information that tenant is looking for and serves it up in bitesized and accessible pieces.
